Full Contour Gages
We make two types of assembly gages to customer’s specifications. The first is our full contour assembly gage. The photo shows all tubing points clips, end’s and any items that need to be located.
Partial Contour Assembly Gage
While our partial contour assembly’s show the clips positions, last bend’s, end points and any other items that need to be located. These assemblies make the parts easier to load and more cost efficient.
Metal Gage Carts Made Upon Request
Metal carts for the gages can be provided. Please just let us know that you will require a gage cart and it will be custom built upon request.
