Established in 1958, Sherwood Pattern Co designs and manufactures checking fixtures, gages and patterns.
Quality Products Made with Experience
All products are made by certified journeymen, part of the Detroit Pattern Makers Union. Gages are checked in house on our CMM by a certified technician. Our products are made with the highest quality materials to ensure upmost accuracy and stability, from our pattern grade euro birch plywood to our high quality perfect plank mahogany. Our blocks and pins are made from 300 series stainless steel to prevent oxidation.
Our Team
Our dedicated team of professionals is comprised of knowledgeable and experienced staff. At minimum, pattern makers have 20 years of experience and are excellent at their craftsmanship. Our team at Sherwood Pattern Co truly cares about providing the highest quality products and service.
ISO Accredited
Single Tube and Assembly Gages manufactured by Sherwood Pattern Co are ISO 17025 Accredited. All materials used in our products are inspected. Gages will be made on time and to customer specifications.
