Single Tube Gages
All our gages are made with the operator in mind. Gages are designed so the operator can load and unload parts with ease.
L Style Gages
Our L style gages are made with tolerance tabs to bring part to zero. End pins check length tolerance of the part and can be set to a nominal if needed. Our Zero tolerance gage is made for optimal Bender set-up.
Pin & Bushing Gages
Our Pin and Bushing are made to check part to zero when bushing and shims are in place . A full tolerance tunnel is created when bushing and shims are removed. Nylon parts with 180 degree connector’s are made with a snap in block that checks the rotational tolerance of the part.
Metal Gage Carts Made Upon Request
Metal carts for the gages can be provided. Please just let us know that you will require a gage cart and it will be custom built upon request.
